SUPERNATS PROMOTIONS — MEDIA TERMS & CONDITIONS

We appreciate your interest in participating as accredited Media at Supernats Events.

Media plays a crucial role in motorsport, and while we value your application, we strictly limit the number of media accreditations due to safety concerns and past applicants failing to follow required procedures.

By submitting a media application, you acknowledge that you hold a current media licence or equivalent credentials and agree to comply with all Supernats Promotions media rules, venue rules, and safety procedures.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • All applicants must complete the online Media Application form and provide examples of past work or experience.

  • Applicants must be 18 years or older and provide valid photo identification.

  • All media must sign in at the Credentials Office upon arrival.

  • All accredited media must bring and wear their own media vest at all times while working.

A $50 accreditation fee applies, which covers: (unless permission given by Promoter)

  • Entry for the full duration of the event

  • Public liability coverage

  • Access to your support vehicle in the pits

  • Access to approved areas of the venue

FILMING, DRONES & PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTION

  • All professional filming must be approved by Supernats Promotions.

  • Personal drones are strictly prohibited unless prior written approval has been granted by the promoter.

  • Any unauthorised drone use will result in removal from the venue and immediate revocation of accreditation.

 MEDIA CONTENT REQUIREMENTS (IMPORTANT)

1. Submission of All Media Material

All accredited media must submit all photos, videos, and accepted drone footage in:

  • Full resolution

  • Unedited format (RAW or original files)

  • No watermarks

Content must be supplied via USB, WE TRANSFER, or agreed method to:

Submission deadline: Within 3 days or within the promoter’s agreed timeframe.

Failure to submit required media will result in loss of accreditation and may result in exclusion from future events.

2. Posting on Social Media & Business Pages

Any media content posted online by accredited media must include the official Supernats Event Logo, provided by the promoter.

Media may sell images to entrants or the public without the event logo, but any content posted publicly must include the event branding.

Use of:

  • Business names

  • Business pages

  • Watermarks

  • Branded social media accounts

is considered commercial use and must comply with all media accreditation conditions.

3. Commercial Use & Restrictions

Media content (photos or video) may NOT be used for:

  • Commercial advertising without permission

  • Promotion of outside businesses unrelated to the event

  • Sale to third-party commercial outlets

  • Publication on business or promotional pages without meeting submission requirements

All commercial or professional use must be pre-approved by Supernats Promotions.

SAFETY & TRACK ACCESS

Safety is the highest priority. All accredited media must:

  • Remain behind barriers unless specifically instructed otherwise by an official

  • Follow all instructions from Supernats Officials at all times

  • Stay within designated media zones

  • Avoid restricted or high-risk zones unless escorted or granted permission

Non-compliance may result in:

  • Immediate removal from the event

  • Revocation of media accreditation

  • A ban from future Supernats Promotions events

NON-COMPLIANCE

Failure to comply with any of the above terms, including failure to supply media within the required timeframe or posting unauthorised content, may result in:

  • Removal from the venue

  • Cancellation of accreditation

  • Refusal of future media applications

  • A formal takedown request of posted content
