3 DAYS of  Tyre-Frying Burnouts, along with Super Skids, NO-PREP Racing, Show & Shine displays, Trade Stalls, Food Trucks, and more! Spectator camping is available. Strictly No-Alcohol Event, Heaps of Free Parking or Convenient V.I.P. Parking Inside the Venue for an EXTRA $20.00 a day.

CAMPING AVAILABLE from Friday 2 pm- Sunday 5 pm

NO ALCOHOL will be sold or brought into the venue. Security will be present throughout the event; if any are found, they will be confiscated.

NO GLASS BOTTLES to be brought into the venue

​​NO PETS (Excluding Service Animals)

NO MEDIA for commercial use

PLEASE use the bins provided and do not leave your mess behind

 

As a family Fun Event, we ask all participants to be on their best behavior, respect all the Rules, and not ruin it for the Motorsport Enthusiasts, Promoters, Staff & Venue Property

Saturday:  9.00am - Till Late

Sunday:    9.00am - 5.00 pm

ENTRY INTO VENUE

You will need to enter through the main Venue Gate off Midland Hwy and head to the Registration Booth before Gate A to have your pre-sold Tickets Scanned or purchase New Tickets.

​

V.I.P Parking Stickers will be ready for pick-up at the Ticket Stand (NO STICKER, NO ENTRY). Due to Internet failures from time to time at the venue, we advise you to bring Cash to avoid queues & congestion.

Early Ticket Prices are available until 5th November 

• ​Online ticket Holders will be checked in first

• Please have your ticket receipt ready on your phone or a printed sheet to be scanned.

• Spectator & V.I.P Car Passes will be sold at the gate ​

• Companion Cards are accepted with a ticket holder

• Family Passes are 2 Adults & 2 juniors (11-15yrs)​​​

Any prepaid spectator who is unable to attend the event or decides to withdraw their attendance does NOT qualify for a refund.

​

We will do our best to run the event following weather circumstances; nonetheless, the program may alter from what has been advertised. When purchasing tickets, the purchaser assumes full responsibility and decision-making authority. We do not provide refunds. If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be made within 10 days of cancellation. If the event is postponed to another date, tickets will be carried over to the next date

 

Important Notice: Once the ticket is purchased, you will receive a confirmation with a receipt. Ticket holders must bring the receipt and ID to redeem the spectator ticket. Tickets will not be posted! There will be an express lane for all pre-purchased passes. Make sure you have your E-Ticket ready to be scanned

MEDIA

Commercial usage or sale for the general public is prohibited without the promoter's authorization. Using event images or films for promotion or sale on websites or social media platforms will lead to legal action.
