All passengers wishing to participate in Cruise Sessions, Kids & Family Cruise Sessions or Burnout Passenger Rides must complete the Passenger Disclaimer & Indemnity Form, available at the Registration Marquee.

🎟️ PASSENGER RIDE PASSES

🚗 ADULT PASSENGER RIDES – AGES 14+

✅ FULL WEEKEND PASS – $35 PER PERSON

• Unlimited rides during approved passenger sessions, subject to availability.

• Full weekend passes are valid across all three event days.

• Includes Cruise Sessions and eligible Burnout Passenger Rides.

• Burnout passenger participation is subject to applicable safety regulations and minimum-age requirements.

• Event admission ticket is not included.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 KIDS & FAMILY CRUISING – AGES 2–13

✅ FULL WEEKEND PASS – $15 PER CHILD

• Unlimited rides during designated Kids & Family Cruise Sessions, subject to availability.

• Full weekend passes are valid across all three event days.

• Valid for designated Kids & Family Cruise Sessions only.

• Parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the passenger waiver.

• Event admission ticket is not included.

⚠️ PASSENGER SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

✅ Only ONE front-seat passenger is permitted during Burnout Competitions.

✅ Cruise Sessions are limited to one passenger per approved seat with a fitted seatbelt.

✅ All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.

✅ Long sleeves, long pants, socks and enclosed footwear must be worn.

✅ Passengers in methanol-fuelled vehicles must comply with the applicable protective clothing requirements.

✅ Approved helmets are compulsory for Burnout passengers.

✅ Helmets are NOT required during normal Cruise Sessions.

All passengers must follow the directions of event officials and safety personnel.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 KIDS & FAMILY CRUISE SESSIONS

Kids & Family Cruise Sessions are designed to allow families to experience the racetrack together in a safe and controlled environment.

✅ Children aged 2 years and over may participate, subject to event safety approval.

✅ Drivers must cruise at a slow, safe and reasonable speed.

✅ Appropriate child restraints or booster seats must be used where required by the applicable safety regulations.

✅ Children must remain properly restrained throughout the session.

✅ Parents or legal guardians must complete the required indemnity form before participation.

Session times will be announced closer to the event.

⚠️ IMPORTANT PASSENGER REMINDERS

• NO COMPLETED PASSENGER WAIVER = NO RIDE.

• NO VALID PASSENGER WRISTBAND = NO RIDE.

• ALL PASSENGERS MUST WEAR SEATBELTS.

• APPROVED HELMETS ARE MANDATORY FOR BURNOUT PASSENGERS.

• PASSENGER WRISTBANDS DO NOT INCLUDE EVENT ADMISSION.

• ALL RIDES ARE SUBJECT TO EVENT SCHEDULING, SAFETY CONDITIONS AND OFFICIAL APPROVAL.
