Primer Patched, Paddock Bashers, and Body Damaged Rides are not permitted. MUST BE ALL ONE COLOUR (unless permission is granted). The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entry that does not meet the entry requirements
NOTE: Without prejudice or offense, if your online entry is denied, it was most likely due to one of the reasons listed below.
1) Possible disqualification by the event insurance provider
2) Exclusion from venue management
3) Misbehaviours in previous events
4) The vehicle(s) did not meet the entry requirements.
5) We called but received no response.

Entrants are responsible for allocating PASSES and STICKERS to their BUDDY/CREW. All stickers must be stuck onto the front window NO STICKER NO ENTRY!
IMPORTANT: "NO CAMPING AVAILABLE"
Due to being a Single Day Event there will be no camping available so please make sure to make your plans accordingly!
Please pre-purchase your SUPPORT CAR, and EXTRA PASSES, as they will be limited and availability is not guaranteed at the GATES. Support and towing stickers must be placed on all vehicles.
Standard Entrants and passenger rides will only be available at the gates, and everyone must sign a waiver before receiving their armbands. The entrant is obligated to ensure that passes are handed to their crew/buddy or left at registration for pickup.
Any inappropriate behavior within and outside the venue, number plates, or car details will be recorded and reported, and those who are caught may have their license suspended.
Respect everyone in the public and the venue's property, be responsible, and don't destroy it for others.
