ENTRANT APPROVED VEHICLE GUIDE
"Entries will be capped to make sure everyone has a fair go at all the track activities."
To ensure a quality event, all participants who entered rides must meet the following basic standards:
Presentation: Your vehicle should be neat and presentable. This refers to both the exterior and interior of the car. (Primer-Patched, Paddock Bashers, and Body Damaged Rides are not permitted.)
Body Panels: All of your vehicle's panels should be the same colour. Mismatched or different colour panels may not align with event criteria.The vehicle should be free of apparent damage, including dents and scratches. Damage to the vehicle's overall look might not comply with event standards.
Age Restrictions
Participants must meet state age regulations for driving and event participation. To be eligible, applicants must be at least 17 years old and have a valid driver's license (at least a probationary license).
Vehicle types
SUPERNATS events welcome all types of vehicles, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, and specialty vehicles. All cars must fulfil the minimum requirements listed above.
Complying with rules and regulations
Event organizers expect all entrants to follow their rules and regulations. Failure to follow these standards may lead to disqualification or removal from the event.Safety Requirements: We strongly advise participants to make sure their cars comply with essential safety requirements.
Approval for participants will be at the discretion of the event promoter, taking into account each vehicle's overall condition.
Entry Criteria
Compeiors must have a valid driver's license (at least probationary) and prior driving experience. This basic requirement ensures participants are familiar with safe driving techniques and capable of handling them.
ENTRY DECLINE: without prejudice or offense, if your entry was refused, it was most likely due to one of the reasons listed below.
1) Banned from any Supernats events
2) Potential exclusion by the event insurance provider
3) Disqualification from venue authority
4) Misconduct in earlier incidents
5) The car(s) didn't fit the requirements for entry.
6) We called but got no answer.
."We will not accept responsibility if your ride does not meet our requirements; no refunds will be issued.” Therefore, if you think your ride may not fit the criteria before you register, please send us a photo of the car to discuss further
