Primer Patched, Paddock Bashers & and Body Damaged Rides are not permitted MUST BE ALL ONE COLOUR (unless permission is granted) The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entry.

ENTRY PACKAGES
All competitors must hold a RACERS LICENCE if you don't have one please purchase one before completing the form or email us once you have ONE week before the event! https://racers.world/buy-licence/do/new (MAKE SURE YOU CHOOSE CLUBMANS and state the event date as 2nd February) License Fee $30 for Single Event or $75 Yearly
Please keep in mind: without prejudice or offense, If your online entry is denied,
it was most likely due to one of the reasons listed below.
1) Possible disqualification by the event insurance provider
2) Exclusion from venue management
3) Misbehaviours in previous events
4) The vehicle(s) did not meet the entry requirements.
5) We called but received no response.

Anyone who does not select who will pit in their garage will be allocated RANDOMLY.
Garages are only available to GOLD PASS holders and are not sold separately. Sleeping is permitted as long as there isn't any fuel with a capacity of more than 20 liters kept, and the payment is based on a car spot. In the Cruise Sessions, GOLD PASS Holders can access Track Exclusively.

(Entrants are responsible for allocating Passes and stickers to their Buddy/Crew no extras will be given at the gates. All stickers must be stuck onto the front window NO STICKER NO ENTRY)
For any inappropriate behavior outside the venue, number plates or vehicle descriptions will be recorded and reported, and those found may have their license suspended. Respect everyone in the public and the venue's property, behave responsibly, and don't ruin it for anyone else.
