 We value your application because Food & Beverage is the most important aspect of all Festivals.

The Event will be running for two days Saturday 16-Sunday 17 July however the Set Up must be a day prior and is welcome to start a business once set up. All Vendors must commit to at least the two days of trade

There is a limit to power so we ask all Vendors to provide their own power. 

Food Vendor Stand Fee will be based on two options,

1) 15% taking with providing food for the Officials.

2)  20% with no food provided.

Supernats Promotions will collect funds at the end of each night with a copy of receipt of sales (i.e EFTPOS or Cash Registers)

By submitting this form, you agree to follow all Supernats Promotions rules and regulations.

 We cannot guarantee spots because there are a limited number of vendors, and we want to ensure that those chosen make the most of their earnings from the hundreds of expected spectators over the weekend.

To secure an allocation, a $50 holding deposit will be required. If you do not attend, your deposit will not be refunded. The holding deposit will be deducted from the final day's take. 

a) All Vendors MUST HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY of up to 20 million 

b) Must provide own power

c) All power leads must be tested and tagged

d) $150 a day will be charged if power is supplied
